The Harbors at Haverstraw : Parkside Building & New Inland Townhome Price List

Good evening everybody! How are you?

I hope all is doing well on your side of life, I know that I am certainly enjoying mine. I come to you tonight with pricing and some general information about the current status of new construction down here at The Harbors at Haverstraw.

Let’s start with the Parkside, apparently, the windows are going in shortly and the building will be finished on the outside however, the top floor will be built later. The projected closing date is November 2011, so if you have to sell your home that gives you plenty of time to make a smooth transition into the Harbors Lifestyle. But I digress, as you will see in the attached .pdf document, (yea, I figured out how to do that!) there are 18 units on the 1st and 2nd floors. There are 12 two bedrooms ranging from $329,900-$390,000 and 6 one bedroom ranging from $252,400-$339,900.

Now the townhomes, there is another row being built on Leeward Drive facing north/south. There are 4 Jennings units which are only 3 levels and they start at $399,900-$429,900, 3 Abbington units from $424,900-$444,900 but without the 4th level completed! And then the bookends, the Byron’s, my personal favorite with duel rooftop deck and two car garage range from $499,900-$559,900.

If you are thinking about coming down to the Harbors let me show you the development from a homeowners perspective, please remember, I don’t work for GDC, that means I won’t try to push you into new construction. If you are interested in re-sales there are great opportunities as well or even a sweet rental if that’s your thing.
