“So, hows the market?”

I must hear this several times a week, whether at the grocery store, dry cleaner or the hockey rink. And my answer, “Great, things are really moving. If they are priced right.” And that is the truth, if your home is priced right, then it is going to sell, and it is going to sell rather quickly. There are many qualified buyers out there, and between the low interest rates and the first time homeowner’s credit, these people want to buy and they want to buy now. I am finding that many homes are getting offers on them in the first week they are on the market, but these home are priced perfectly.
