We are 90% done with our first green modular home, up in Westtown, NY. It was truly amazing to see the house be built so fast. If you Rockland folks know anyone looking for a totally green home up in Orange County, give us a ring. It’s for sale on the MLS for $389,000. We are looking for the right family that cares about the features we sooo painstakingly planned for and installed to keep this homes carbon footprint and utility bill to a minimum. I really think it should be around $50 a month for your utility bills.
