Haverstraw Restaurant Spotlight : Soup Stone Cafe

Good evening everybody! How are you?

Now that Thanksgiving is over and the Holiday season is upon us, that also means that cold weather is ahead, sorry, its inevitable. What better way to warm up your body during those cold months you ask? How about some homemade soups that are delicious, nutritious and affordable from the Soup Stone Cafe, located on Main Street in the Village of Haverstraw.

Donna Coene, the owner of Soup Stone, has been a staple of this Village ever since they opened ten years ago. Everybody in Haverstraw knows Donna not only for her Cafe but, for her warm heart and kind words that she bestows on her customers and her friends.

Soup Stone serves breakfast and lunch 6 days a week and offers a variety of foods. From homemade muffins (my favorite) to wraps, salads, burgers and of course a daily selection of mouth watering soups.
