Haverstraw: Bastille Day at Union Restaurant

Hey there everybody! How are you today?

This past Tuesday the Haverstraw Fire Department held a fundraiser at Union Restaurant in the Village of Haverstraw. This event was held outside in the parking lot next to the bank. There were games for kids, food from Union and a raw clam and oyster bar. The night was beautiful with the sound of music in the air and children playing in the background. A portion of the proceeds went to the Haverstraw Fire Department, who does a wonderful job in the Village. I am proud to have such a dedicated and working department where I live.
