Harbors at Haverstraw : December 2009 Inventory

Well, I just got back from Park City, Utah and boy am I pumped up from a week of skiing! However, I will save that for my next blog.

Back to business now, as I have been flooded with emails from people all over the tri-state area interested in seeing The Harbors at Haverstraw. Although, the re-sale market has been stale over the past 6 months, I think we are going to see some serious action here as the downtown Haverstraw revitalization continues its progress. I have always said (to mostly deaf ears around here) that The Harbors at Haverstraw will never amount to anything unless the Village has something to offer and with 3 new restaurants opening up shortly, that is exactly the kind of thing I’m talking about.

So, if you are trying to sell here at The Harbors at Haverstraw and you have not been successful don’t worry things are going to change in a major way and if your Realtor does not share that exact same mentality it might be time to look in another direction (wink, wink!).
