Harbors at Haverstraw : Completion of Parkside Building Underway!

This week, all the Harbors at Haverstraw residents received a letter from Martin Ginsburg, owner of GDC Homes, stating that they acquired the funding to complete the Parkside building. There will be three model condo’s ready shortly that will feature excellent floor plans and be competitively priced. Deluxe studio will start at $229,000, 1 bedroom plus study 1.1 bath $249,000 and 2 bedrooms with study and 2.1 bath for $349,000.
