Russ Woolley - The owner of Wright Bros Real Estate.

Russ Woolley, President of Wright Bros. Real Estate, has been a driving force within the Rockland County real estate industry for 28 years. A Rockland native, Russ was the 2002 President of the Rockland County Board of Realtors, is currently the Treasurer of The 3800 member Greater Hudson Valley MLS, is a charter member, past President, and 19 years later the 2005-2006 President of the Rotary Club of Congers-Valley Cottage, is a Director on the Arts Council of Rockland, and has been involved in numerous other business, civic and charitable organizations. Russ resides in Upper Nyack.

Justin Tracy - Serial Entrepreneur.

In 2001 Justin started a national real estate lead generation company called Realty Generator while living on Taco Bell and residing in less then optimal living conditions. All his hard work and suffering paid off when in 2007 he sold the now mature company to the publicly traded real estate lead generation company, House Values, now called Market Leader. In 2008 he started Transparently Green, Hudson Valley’s Green Homebuilder, to help fill the void of truly affordable, eco-friendly homes. He most recently partnered with Russ to use his Internet skillz (yes with a z), to help take Wright Bros. Real Estate to new levels to Internet-Awsomeness. Justin is married to his beautiful wife, Jessica and has a baby on the way in April, 2009. Oh yeah, and he likes to snowboard (see below) and play in his band.
